Searching for people-related information
Searches for information about people are usually conducted in Google from the main search box. Contrary to popular belief, information about individuals is scarce in search engines. There are exceptions, but that's what they are - exceptions.
You can check on your personal information:
First and last name (with variants; use phrase search)
Street i (may take you to Google Maps and show your home)
Phone number
Email address
Social security number
Credit card numbers
Bank account numbers
This should retrieve any information that happened to get into public domain on the web. The same kind of check can be done on any other person.
Google offers three phonebooks.
